Contact us about your AI software project
Whether you have a detailed brief or just a rough idea, we are happy to talk it through. No sales pitch, just a frank conversation about what is feasible.
Where to find us
We are based in the heart of Mong Kok, one of the densest and most connected neighbourhoods in Kowloon. The MTR is three minutes away on foot, and there are several public car parks within a 200-metre radius if you are driving.
If you are coming from Hong Kong Island, take the Tsuen Wan line to Mong Kok station. From Kowloon Tong or the New Territories, the East Rail line connects to Mong Kok East station, which is about a seven-minute walk from our building. Taxis and ride-hailing apps work well too; just search for "Sau Wang Path" and the driver will know the area.
Frequently asked questions about contacting us
Do I need to sign an NDA before sharing project details?
We treat every inquiry as confidential by default. If your organisation requires a formal NDA, send it over and we will sign it before our first call. We have standard mutual NDA templates we can provide as well.
Can I book a video call instead of visiting the office?
Yes. About 60% of our discovery calls happen over Zoom or Google Meet. Mention your preferred platform in the message form and we will send a calendar link.
Is there a minimum project size?
We generally take on projects with a budget of at least HK$80,000, because smaller scopes rarely leave enough room for proper data analysis, model training and testing. That said, if you have a well-defined, narrow problem, we are open to discussing it.
What if I am not sure AI is the right solution?
That is fine. About a third of our initial conversations end with us recommending a simpler approach, like a rule-based script or a better database query. We would rather point you in the right direction than sell you something you do not need.
